#81: Profile doesn't exist if u/n only numbers

15 years 4 months ago #78587 by Camino
If the user name consists only of numbers, e.g. 12345, one gets the message that the user profile doesn't exist.

Can anybody confirm this?

probably yes, good catch....

joomla 1.5... ?

probably an old user from before joomla 1.5 ?

as joomla 1.5 asks usernames to start by a letter.

I can confirm this issue.

I have just registered on a J1.5 CB 1.2 RC3 (SEF on) site with only numbers in my username and my userprofile link says "This profile does not exist or is no longer available".
