this module looks like something I always wanted, but wanted to confirm how to set it up.

I want our customer support engineers to access the user management admin screen and be able to help the users in resetting the passwords or username/email ids. However, I cannot make them "Administrator". They can be managers. So in this case, is there a way to make this module available to "Managers"?

Also, do you know if I can make a user both Author and Manager simultaneously?

I am going to buy CBSubs shortly, is the above any easier with CBSubs?
