I have tried and tried and tried and I can't work out what is wrong with this
http://localhost/pmhu3av4/administrator/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user=497

The user is correct but every time I try it I get the cb front panel. Can anyone help me? Please????

I have been trying to find a reference to the options for comprofiler but can't! Stuck!

What's the CB Front Panel? What are you trying to do? :unsure:

Hi Rapunzel

I have some code for a report written using JXtended Reports. Each report generates a list of members from an SQL query that includes the comprofiler id (and user name each)of each member. I wanted to add that link to each record to allow my admin users to edit a users profile from that report.

I am trying to modify the standard example reports provided with the package here.

jxtended.com/extensions/reports.html

The code that I am trying to modify is this, changing reference to option=com_users to option=com_comprofiler

<a href="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_users&search='.$item->username);?>" title="<?php echo JText::_('Reports Find User');?>">
<?php echo $item->username; ?>
<img src="<?php echo $this->baseurl;?>/components/com_reports/media/images/external.png" alt="<?php echo JText::_('Reports Find User');?>" /></a>

Thanks for a fast reply!

Regards

Sorry I can't be of any help on this one. I've never used this extension. Have you also posted to their forums?
