Problem with inactive "Delete" button

Problem with inactive "Delete" button was created by kosti
I have
Joomla! International Edition 1.0.15 stable UTF-8
and CB: 1.2 RC 4 + myself polish translation UTF-8.
When I want to delete any from CB, like user (User Managment), Plugin, Tabs or Fields, i can not, becouse "delete" button is inactive (with red cross on it). The funcion remove dosn't work. I'm looking in all function list of CB, and I cann't find solusion of my problem?
