Hi-
I have the Ajax email checker turned off, and users registering don't get it- but if I'm adding someone in the backend it still operates, and after a bit of checking gives me a white screen and ends my editing session. Any ideas?

Hmmm... is there anyplace to switch it off for the backend?
PS I'm adding stuff as I build this site- not sure it's relevant, but added acojoom newlsletter, and installed and UNINSTALLED Proma profile manager, which croaks on RC4
