Registration page does not show on new CB install

Registration page does not show on new CB install was created by khalin
I am new to this. I have just installed the companent and followed all the new install instructions. When I click on register in the CB Login module it goes to a blank page. Why? Any help is appreciated

I installed CB but can not get the Register link to show on the menu.:S I have it selected in the setup.
