Problem is solved. I just dont really like to see the user list vertically. is ther any way to make it better?

I a menu called "list anggota/member" at the main menu. this menu is linked to CB user list. unfortunately, I can not see the user list/profile when I click list anggota. It only shows white page.

can anyone suggest a solution?
Is it something to do with the templae or CB? Thanks
