Customizing Registration Template?

I have a fairly long registration, ideally I would like to access the template file and build in spacers or lines to make it easier to read. Is this possible with the default template? If so, where can I find the file in the manager?

The default template PHP file which controls layout (or if template you are using does not have one) can be located at components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/. You can then edit default.php on approx. line 202 to change the registration layout.
