Step 8 of Install

Step 8 of Install was created by Hollygtn
I'm stuck on step 8 of the install.
- in Joomla 1.5 click in internal links "Community Builder",
then "User Profile",
leave access public for the item, give a title and alias and save.
There is nothing that says User Profile. There is User Mgt, but only me listed.
Now, on step 7 there were no modules activated except for CB modules because this is a fresh Joomla install with nothing but a design template installed.
Also I have no "User Menu" under menus. so this means instructions for 9 are problematic as the Joomla 1.5 instructions from "community builder" to users list also seem to not be there.
Sorry if I'm an apparent newbie to Joomla!

On this install I chose to not have any dummy data. I looked at my first site and it does have the user menu. Although I didn't utilize it.
I'm going to just de-install Joomla and reinstall with data.
So, disregard this message. I'll come back if I still can't figure it out.
