I'm in the middle of porting CB from the development site to production and when I create a new user in user Management it says that it Could not select database.

I believe this is because I am changing sites and databases. I've been looking through the backend files to find where this is specified but can't find it. Where is it looking for the database? What file is it stored in? I may have to start over with installation if I can't figure this out and I'm really hoping not to. Our site currently can't add users which is huge so any help is greatly appreciated!
