Unfortunately not.
The date in the DB should be in GMT time (or +0,00). Logical, I think, so everyone could refer to a standarized time.
This way a person in Amsterdam (+1h) and in Greece(+2h) will see that they are both on-line at the same time and not one hour difference.
Thus:
DB 14:00h (in GMT time)
Amsterdam 15:00h (+1)
Greece 16:00h (+2)
And there is something with daylight saving? (extra hour).
I didn't look at the coding, but can imagine something is wrongly calculated.
