Error on Button Add at List Management

Error on Button Add at List Management was created by s7evens
I'm trying to add a name like asc in the part of sort by, but when i click in the button add appears an error and the field doesn't receives the information, just like all the other buttons add... How can i proceed in this case?

Upgrade to PHP5 and ensure you're using default backend template.
