Here we go again... and last I hope !

For those who have ISO-8859 locale on their server with Joomla! 1.0.15 and CB 1.2, here is a ISO-8859-15 French language package to install as a CB Plugin.

This worked good for me, no weird char anymore (no more accents misspelling and UTF-8 BOM translitteration)

j'ai corrigé quelques erreurs lors des traductions Française du plugin, notamment des traductions qui ne se faisait pas à cause d'une erreur d'espace ligne 40 et 41 (de mon fichier) et la traduction du "news blurb" qui n'était pas faite, je l'ai mis au début du fichier.
