Is there anyway of having two types of registered users where different sets of questions/fields pertain for each of the two types?

For instance, I want to have insitutional profile pages and individual profile pages with the instiutional profiles having the ability to give more information that I don't want the individual users to have.

Does anyone know a way of doing this please?
