I was just wondering if there were any other forms available to CB that can be added on such as State form or Zip Code Form?

I can add fields in field management but there are some there that are specific like the DATE option one, which is great by the way. I just wanted to know if there is a way that we can install others like that.

The answer to your question is no. The next release will hopefully enhance the plugin framework to include custom fields.

This whole thread is a little confusing. The original question was asking about forms when infact it should have been a field type.

You can create custom fields all day long, that is one of the big drawing points of CB. The thing that you can't do at this time is create new field types.
