[SOLVED] Opened new Paypal account and not able to receive

Hello,

I openes a new paypal account and I am not able to get through the payment process.

Paypal gives me this error:

We were unable to authorize the transaction. Please contact your merchant.


I tried every possible configuration in CBSubs and Paypal.

Config in Paypal:

Auto Return for Website Payments: ON
Return URL: placed
Payment Data Transfer: ON
Encrypted Website Payments: OFF
PayPal Account Optional: OFF
Contact Telephone Number: OFF
Express Checkout Settings: NO


CBSubs Config:

Enable PayPal: Single Payments
PayPal server: Normal
PayPal Business (email or secure merchant ID): Main Email
PayPal Main receiver account (email) (if Business is different from your main account): Main Email
Your PayPal Identity Token: Placed
PayPal country language: Default


Please help


System:
Joomla 1.5.20
CBSubs 1.0.3
CB: 1.22

Cannot possibly debug your Paypal configuration - please compare existing working account settings with new just created account settings.

Thank you for your hint. I forgot to add the new cert password. But now I have to Paypal buttons for checkout.
