placeHolder/delimiter for cbSubs plans field(s)

13 years 3 months ago #149885 by daywalker0028
I'd like to use a placeholder/delimiter field for the 'subscriptions' field in the subject & body of the emails that get automatically sent for each plan.
(cbSubs > Plans > integrations tab > email tab)

I want to make it easier to manage the email messages which get sent when a cbSubs plan activates/renews/expires by using a place holder field so it will dynamically show the subscriptions of each user so I don't have to modify each message for each plan.

I looked through Community Builder > Field Management but could not find any fields within the Subscriptions Tab.

Is there a delimiter/placeholder or some modification I can use?

The emails integration does not yet support CBSubs substitutions. So things like duration, price, plan name, etc.. can not be substituted in. For the time being you'd need to manually input those values (which should be fine as its a plan specific email).

Is this a feature that you intend to develop for the next version of cbsubs?

if not, do you plan to include it in another future version of cbsubs?

If not that, will you at least include it into the list of feature requests?

Next version, can't say for sure. Bugs have priority over features and then features with greater demand come over features such as this. Should be relatively quick fix so likely next release may have it.

Yes, it's certainly planned.
