What would the SQL Actions look like to copy a project in ProjectFork?

One thing is that it would be necessary to remove the key fields from the "template" project being copied, before the records were inserted.

Is it possible to do the select and the insert in a single statement?

I am trying to get a general fix on how a non-trivial case (multiple related tables being queried and inserted) would be implemented.
