Regarding Method B (expert) installation...

"Unzip all relevant CBSubs™ packages and use your FTP client to over- write the relevant website folders."

Where are all of these located, can't seem to find them anywhere in the existing installation from the ftp view?

at the end of each install sub-chapter (e.g., chapter 6.3) there is a paragraph that SHOWS you where the plugin code is actually installed.
