Is there a section where all the language plugins are located?
At the moment we have to dig in the post and further more I'm not sure if it is the latest version I download...

Here it is (attached to this post). I downloaded it somewhere in the forum but it wasn't working, it had to be teaked. So I did... plus I added better translation in some places.
