I can't find where I can change the "Your membership for payment" string.

Please upgrade to CBSubs 1.1.2!

Where did you search for it?

You need to install the english langauge plugin (included in the distribution) and read the chapter in the manual discussing language files and changes.

I see it in the english.php file.
