[SOLVED] Session expired or cookies are not enabled in your browser

Joomla 3.10.11;CB 2.7.4 CBSubs latest build

The user registration/subscription process now breaks at the 'sign in' stage with this alert;
this is only for new subscriptions - renewals seem to work fine;
the console shows 'POSThttps://lbps.net/j3site/index.php/cb-profile/saveregisters

Are you using Joomla page caching? What are your session settings set to in Joomla global configuration? Any recent changes on your site as it's not normal for something to just suddenly break. It's not related to CBSubs, but is the CB registration CSRF check failing. Are you able to reliably reproduce this issue with test registrations?

HOwever havingcompleted updating some CB plug-ins and the latest build, I can no longer replicate the error; noting else had changed before these updates. I'll get back totheuser and ask him to try again and report back

Ok, thank you. Please do let us know if you run into this issue again. I am currently working on completely redoing our anti spam CSRF protection to be simpler and more reliable to eliminate this issue once and for all. Hopefully be ready next week.

Just had another contact from the same user still trying to register with the same error message; I get the same error with a test registration; before doing that I had updated to the latest build of CB (build.2022.12.02.14.26 etc); Nothing else has been changed on the website. When I click the test sign in I get the error message displayed on a new page with the breadsrumbe menuand the URL index.php/cb-profile/saveregisters

However, I have had quite a few new registrations since the first appearance of this issue - the latest one being 7/11/2022
