Just had another contact from the same user still trying to register with the same error message; I get the same error with a test registration; before doing that I had updated to the latest build of CB (build.2022.12.02.14.26 etc); Nothing else has been changed on the website. When I click the test sign in I get the error message displayed on a new page with the breadsrumbe menuand the URL index.php/cb-profile/saveregisters

However, I have had quite a few new registrations since the first appearance of this issue - the latest one being 7/11/2022
