ISSUE :

1. Go to the URL Provided.
2. Click on one of the menu items
3. On the top-right exists the log in panel
4. click forgot password
5. chose either username or password
6. chose either lost username or lost password or both
7. enter any details and click submit the form

RESULT : regardless of weather you details are correct or not you will get redirected to an error page. any clue why ?

i re-did the action attribute.
