CBSubs and ioncube

I have installed the ioncube loader and Zend on my server. I have checked in advance, which versions are needed and installed them correctly. The php-info-check gives me the response:

"This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2009 Zend Technologies
with the ionCube PHP Loader v3.1.34, Copyright (c) 2002-2009, by ionCube Ltd., and
with Zend Optimizer v3.3.3, Copyright (c) 1998-2007, by Zend Technologies"

So everything seems to be fine ... Nevertheless, when I try to setup e. g. CB Paid Subscriptions, I receive the error:

"The required free ionCube loader for your server type and php version is not installed. Please contact your hoster to install it for you, or visit ionCube free downloads page of ionCube loaders for the loader and instructions. In case of problems insalling the loader, please contact ionCube support directly after checking their support forum. Thanks."

Any idea or suggestions?

Well, looks like Ioncube was installed but not configured properly.

Ask your hoster.

Or:

Download the ioncube installer package corresponding to your server from here:
www.ioncube.com/loaders.php

Then extract the zip and there are test files in there which will help you diagnose your server's configuration problem.

Then tell result to your hoster.
