Yes you can use the one from 1.1 I use it too and works perfect. Some little things are not in the 1.1 language but you can add it by your self (I have seen only one thing)

When I aply the dutch translation file into CB there are fault in the scrips that makes some field unuseable.. Please let me know if other people have problems wih this
