Approval of profile images

Hi everyone.
I'm still in the early stages of using CB within Joomla.
I have a test member who has uploaded his profile image, this says 'awaiting approval'.
I have the CB Workflow enabled which says 'No pending actions'
My question is.. how and where am I notified that there is a profile image awaiting approval?

Make a user moderator, in user management make this moderator ADMINISTRATOR.
Log in as this user from the Front End and you will see that there is a task pending.
