Is there a way to create a paid membership with CB? Is there any, how? If not, have the developers thought about including this in a near future?

Search the forum, there is a lot of discussion around this topic.
I did not get why you cannot install that component?
One option is that you manually accept only members that have paid to you.

There's lots of discussions but any solutions, almost everyone talking about Joomlapal which I don't think is a solution in my case.
I thought that Joomlapal was an option with PayPal integration. I can't accept PP as a payment because will be an adult site. Am I wrong about PP integration? Also not sure if this will work with Mambo since I'm not running Joomla.
