I tried setting the CB Privacy Plugin 1.0 RC to the "User can control privacy" setting for an "editorta" field, but when I edit that field through the frontend of my profile, I see the WYSIWYG editor, but I don't see any way to control to whom that field's contents are displayed on my profile. Is this a bug? Or how can I fix the problem?

Was able to confirm your issue and have created a bug ticket for it to be addressed. Currently no known work around at this time; sorry for the inconvenience.
