Testers needed for plugin PrivacyPolicy

17 years 2 months ago #32738 by mikko
This plugin allows users to choose who can see their tabs. It is relatively easy to set up, but advanced users fill find some power and complexity when defining new access rules.

Features for administrator:
*Define up to 5 different access levels. Predefined access levels include show to all, show to registered and show to connected users
*Powerful SQL based system for defining new access levels
*Choose which tabs are affected by privacy policy
*Choose which tabs privacy level users can configure and which have predefined level

Features for users:
*Select who can see your tabs.

Read the readme file inside the zip before installing.

There is a working demo on my server hondchan.dy.fi.

Get the latest version here www.joomlapolis.com/component/option,com_joomlaboard/Itemid,38/func,view/catid,23/id,32737/#32737

Testing and comments welcome.

mikko you sent me to this thread but I don't really find any solution for my problem
I'm trying to get privacy policy to work but after installing the plugin I can't do anything with it. If I try to enter the plugin settings an error occurs:

"Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}'
in [...] /httpdocs/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_privacypolicy/privacypolicy.php on line 16"

The same error if I login from front-end and the plugin is published.

I am using CB 1.0.2.
