Can't Install CBJuice

I'm using Joomla 1.0.15 with CB 1.2 RC2, and trying to install CBJuice 1-5rc2c. I keep getting this error:

File /home/mydomain/public_html/media/install_48b877a807540/cbjuice.xml does not exist!

I originally had 1.00 Beta 3 installed with CB 1.1. I first tried upgrading just CBJuice, but when that didn't work, I upgraded CB to the latest as well. Still doesn't work. Also, the long number after "install_" is different every time I try.

I've also tried uploading the component directory to my server via FTP, and installing it from there. It installs, but I get the following error when I try to open the component.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/rainbeau/public_html/administrator/components/com_cbjuice/admin.cbjuice.html.php on line 1
