Help! How do I add comments to articles

I don't know if this would be a plug in for community builder or if it already has an option for this but how can I add a commenting section at the end of my articles where registered users can leave comments also is there a forum option that is integrated in? If so How would I start a forum. Please tell me how I can do this step by step or point me in the way of a short tutorial. I know now that I am pretty good with html and css I still see beginners asking questions and getting answers like read this book. when all They wanted was a simple answer and I am hoping someone can give me one because I don't have time to go threw the 100+ pages and I didn't even want to look at it when I saw how many pages!!!
