Is there a possibilty of searching users according to a specified field, like city, country or any other custom field. Then displaying this list to select a user to send a PM to?

I've installed the CB Supersearch plugin and whenever I enter a word or other search string nothing shows up. I've configured it to search all fields AND published the plugin (of course). I'm searching via CB User Management for words that I know exist in the user profiles, under fields I've enabled to be searched.
What am I missing here?
I do need to get this working, if I can.

I notice you are a document subscriber. Are you using CB 1.2RC or older. I am using the 1.2RC version and the advanced search works a treat. If you have moved to 1.2, then I might be able to help as I have set up advanced search.
