I have 72 people members but only showed 15 under the Users List. How to make all of those 72 show up under the list?
Please help. Thanks

Have you blocked/hide some groups in uddeIM? Does Fireboard use its own user table? uddeIM uses jos_users for the user list.

I checked FB backend and found "Synchronize users". Could you try this function please?

I've tried this. Nothing changed.
Could you share with me how to Syncronize the Joomla Users with the FireBoard Users?

The old and new users be automatically added as Fireboard.

Well, uddeIM uses jos_users (this table stores all registered Joomla) to show the userlist. From the queried users all blocked users (Joomla), hidden groups (uddeIM: Hide groups from userlist), blocked groups (don't allow registered users to send messages to these groups) are removed.

Please check jos_tables if all users are really stored there (and if they are unblocked). Then check uddeIM configuration.
