Cannot install a new tab !HELP!

I installed a new custom tab under CB>Tab Management but it will not show up when I refresh. Please help. Do I need a new plugin or what? What am I doing wrong.

First thing you did wrong is to post in the CB 1.0 section. Most people just stay away from this area because it is really for issues related with a 2 year old version of CB.

(only us moderators actually go through such posts)

Perhaps one of the FAQ (see my sig) will help you with this question.
