Nested tabs design question

Hi,

I have a lot of tabs so I would like to use nested tabs. This is of course easily set in CB config from back-end. But when looking at the result the "inner square" or box for the profile tabs is much smaller then the outer one for the rest of the tabs. I would like to use as much space as possible. So, how do I change the size of the inner Square or box? I use OSX template and I tried to find a setting there but I couldn't. Does somebody know this?
