email field in CB core to show on Profile

Is there a way for the email field that is in the CB Core and in the "Contact Info" tab to appear on the user's profile in the frontend?

Right now, I have to make my own email field (e.g., cb_email).

When the user registers, they need to fill in their email twice. How can I make this so that they only fill out their email once, and this appears on their frontend profile?

I'm also interested in a hack or solution for adding the email given at registration to the Contact Info tab.
