Login Modification to separate pages

I'm trying to separate the CB Login into two separate pages. Similar to what a lot of financial institutions are moving to. The username will be on one page then the user presses the continue the button then it goes to the password page. the user fills in the password, presses login then it processes like normal.
Does anyone know how to modify the current CB login to achieve this?
