i (field description) icon pop-up doesn't work

Greetings!

We've recently noticed that all the information (i) icons supplying field descriptions via a pop-up doesn't work.

We've tested in various browsers and also on this site, here they work, but on our site they don't.

The problem manifests itself simply by no pop-up showing. No JavaScript error or anything else indicates a problem with the page.

Has anyone else had this problem?
