Profile Tab refreshes, cannot edit.

It appears I have everything set up correctly, but when I login to frontend, and click the second tab to edit and the page refreshes and I cant edit it.

I have temporarily moved all the items from the second tab to the first tab so that my users can edit, but what would cause the second tab to refresh like that?
