Hi all,

I am looking for a login component/module that allows for a set of terms and conditions to have to be viewed before registering.
It will also need to be special in terms of its password recovery -
If a user has forgotten their password they can click on a link that sends them an email that contains a url to goto where they can enter a new password. - The main point being that they do not get an email sent to them with their password in plain text.

Is Community Builder able to do this?

Not out of the box, but with plugins without hacks. Such a plugin can be developed. You can PM if you have a budget for this.
