Another thing: the "Compatibility" section of the directory excluded CB 1.2, but my plugin requires CB 1.2

You can add the CB 1.2 RC 2 compatibility in the text for now.
We will add CB 1.2 to the platforms once CB 1.2 stable is released. Right now it would create confusion, as most CB 1.1 plugins run fine on CB 1.2 RC 2.

With regards to the compatibility, I may be wrong, but i think 1.1's framework doesn't include $_CB_framework->addCustomHeadTag() right? I have a few customers who had problems with that, but it works after they upgrade to 1.2.
