Doc Subscriber through paypal

Hi,
not sure if this is the right place but...
i tried to make my payment for doc subscriber through paypal a few minutes ago. Always getting error on paypal site for uncompleted transaction. Does it matter if my registration email is not the same as within paypals?

Hi,
First of all Thanks for supporting our project. 
You paypal email can be different, doesn't need to match.
Paypal had a major maintenance this morning (CET), maybe that makes a problem. Please try again in maybe half an hour.
If problem persists, at bottom of form you have a "Contact Paypal" link where you can contact paypal's support in your country and language.
You can contact me through the contact us forms (top right tab) if you have any further problems.
