Can zOOm do what I want it to do?

Hi everyone,
I want to allow my CB members to upload .torrent files and be able to provide a description of the torrent, as well as a thumbnail. I thought zOOm might be the perfect candidate for this, so I might be wrong. I have a couple questions, and if I'm barking up the wrong tree and there is a better solution, I'd love to hear it.
Without further ado...
1) Can I restrict what filetypes zOOm accepts? For example, only mp3's can be uploaded, or better yet, a .torrent?
2) Is it possible that when someone uploads a file, that they can upload an image/thumbnail to it as well?

1) yes, see no reason why not.
2) no, zoom works by making a thumb of an uploaded image itself. (and it cannot do that from a torrent so that process is just skipped, it would need another workflow to add an image to the torrent file)
