I'm getting the following errors:
Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /hsphere/local/home/diocal/episcopalbayarea.org/joomla/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/
imgToolbox.class.php on line 625
Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /hsphere/local/home/diocal/episcopalbayarea.org/joomla/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/
imgToolbox.class.php on line 633
Is that a php error about which I need to speak to my ISP, or is that a directory permissions problem that I can fix?

I am getting the same error but it only occurs on the CB configuration page. Eveything still seems to work fine. Also, it does not seem to be affecting the rest of CB or the site in general.
Moreover, it has only appeared today despite the fact that I have not made any changes.
Should I be concerned?
Thanks,
Gary

Sounds like your host had been playing with an INI.

My ISP has done the same thing (LunarPages): http://desk.lunarpages.com/faq.php?do=article&articleid=169
They recommend using "passthru()" instead. They say they can move my account to one of their "few" servers that do not disable exec() and dl().
Do you guys have any opinion on the potential security threat of enabling/disabling these calls?
