Ban User function doesn’t work

So far there is no any straight forward answer to this bug.

Therefore the function Ban user may better be removed from the CB core functions as it is not working at all for nobody.

Wetter it’s a Moderator and or an Administrator wetter the function is enabled or disabled at the backend, when a Moderator and or an Administrator click in this function in the front-end to Ban a user nothing really nothing happens, as any other user still will be able to see the supposed banned profile and no mail is sent to the banned user...

Please understand that the Banned user will still be visible for all users …

Is this a dead end!!! If so please, we will appreciate if you could remove this function from the core functions after all it’s not working at all...

Banning = not allowed to log in
Deleted = removed

What's the problem here?

Actually:

Ban Profile= is a CB term and basically a CB Moderator can ban a profile. A banned profile cannot be viewed by other users. The user in question may still login. The logic behind this is that a user has posted something offending in his/her profile and the moderator bans the profile. The user can still login and modify his/her profile in order to modify-delete the offending material and then request from a moderator to unbann his/her profile.

Block user= is a Joomla term and basically a blocked user cannot logon at all.

Remove user= Actually this is used in both worlds. If you remove a user from the CB User management backend the user data is deleted from the CB tables (including properly written CB plugins, e.g., CB Gallery and CB ProfileBook) and from the Joomla tables.
