Update translation for brazilian portuguese!

I update the brazilian_language file fix some translations and did some optimization on the pictures.

Ferjoe,
Meus parabéns, é o primeiro plugim em pr-BR que encontro em muito, mas muito tempo de procura mesmo, tive a liberdade de divulgar esse tópico no forum oficial do joomla na comunidade em português,
Encontrei um erro no título esta "REGISTO" em vez de "REGISTRO", não sei se seria de pt-PT em vez de pt-BR ou erro mesmo, de qualquer jeito dei uma rapida procurada no pluguim mas ainda não achei onde arrumar esse ponto..
Tentei traduzir abaixo pra ingles:

I do not know if it would be of pt-PT instead of pt-BR or same error, at any cost I gave looked rapida in pluguim but not yet I found where to arrange this point.

Brigadão. Meu nick lá no fórum: é Brasco. tou tentando arranjar um software de conferência bem pequeno para que criarmos uma conferência virtual sobre o Joomla.

ola a todos...
tinha tudo ok at que instalei o update do CB 1.02.
o plugin PT deixou de funcionar... mesmo reinstalando.. nao reconhece nada...
