choosing which tabs are nested

I enabled nested tabs in CB config, but only 3 of the main tabs were nested: additional info, contact info, profile book.

I'd like to choose which tabs are nested, such as adding the Mamblog and Zoom Gallery tabs to the profile's nested tabs.

Is this possible? I have searched for "nested tabs" and have had no luck finding an answer.
