No, the lists can show data from the database.. wich is a birthdate.. there is no code in the userlist to convert a birtdate to an age..
So you can show their birthdate but not age in a userlist.

Is it possible, that one script ist calculate with birthdate and actually date an age and put it in on new table of each user? Perhaps dayly as an crownjob?

Better than with a script, it's possible with a database trigger.
I will do that for my own purpose in the future, but you can do it if you learn mysql triggers wich are not yet complete (if we compare them to oracle or sql server triggers) but must are able to achieve your aim.
