Having Trouble with lost connections

I had 2 different users get their account deleted even before i could accept connection, now cb_workflow is showing 2 pending connections for me.

is there a way to fix this?

when i click to the area for accepting them, it forwards me to the manage tab because the users are not there.

please help

You probably deleted the users via the Joomla User Management backend and not the CB user management backend - this caused the problem.

When the users had deleted there own registration,
then try to syncronise CB to joomla user management.

any process that deletes users outside the CB functionality will cause such problems.

synchronizing users didn't help and its still does it.

im more worried about the vanishing profile data

you probably have to manually delete the database entries in the comprofiler_members table.
