encoded characters in language file

Hi
I have a problem concerning encoded characters ( like &_eacute; ) (underscore intentionnally added) ) I use the french language plugin, an whereas this works fine INSIDE joomla, the strings that are embedded in e-mails remain encoded. When I enter a text in CB's control panel to be sent out in an e-mail, I enter plain unencoded text, works fine.
Is this a CB issue, a joomla! issue, or a language plug issue? Do I have to revisit the whole language file?

i have also the same problem,in the system message recived.
i use Uddeim as PMS.and i have create a topic in Uddeim
forum but they told me that is CB issue.
please any idea.
